Credit Points: 3

Prerequisites: BUSL301 or 12cp in 200 level LAW units

lecturer:  Peter Koit
Tutor:  Peter Koit

Tips about this subject: in the mid-exam, there are a lot of theories you have to memory, as well as the section number. but because it is allowed to bring the pink sheet, so prepare your pink sheet well, then you will be fine.

For the final exam, it will focus on the calculation, such as calculating the frank credit, the tax amount, when you read textbook, do not just memory the theory, understanding it would be more important, because there is less theory you have to write. however, the calculation is based on there theories.

when you prepare the pink sheet, you can write some tutorial questions on your pink sheet, because the format on the tutorial questions is great, which can give your good guide when you doing the exam.
